Adding people to a workspace
The account page shows who belongs to which workspace. The header switches workspace and user. Invite someone from that account page. They get an email to finish their own login.
Invite them yourself when they should work in a workspace you already have. If they register at entrancegrp.com/register on their own, that starts a separate account. Write support@entrancegrp.com and we will attach them to the right workspace.
There is no separate fee for a person on the workspace. The bill is segments, the account fee, and $1 per number. Billing is spelled out here.
Replies land in the claims queue until someone takes the thread, or until a thread is handed to a person. That queue is shared by the people on the workspace.
