We grow businesses with two-way SMS.
Your team sends a campaign. The customer writes back. Claims, messages, contacts, and subscribers are how that work gets done, in the same workspace.
Messages
The thread holds the campaign and the reply.
A blast does not disappear into a report. The message it sent is in the conversation, next to whatever the person wrote back. Search is the way you find a thread. On a phone, the list and the header are the same screens, tightened.
From a selection you can send, flag, archive or bring back, mark read or unread, bookmark, stop, or hand the threads to someone else. Remove flags clears every flag on that selection.
The claims queue is the same set of conversations, held for someone to take. Phones open when the queue is in cards. A filter keeps only the threads that include a call.
Campaigns
Find the blast, then see who it was for.
The list filters by type, status, who created it, when it was made, which subscriber list it used, and by results: sent, delivered, responses, stops. Search by name. Rename it where it sits.
Where the workspace allows it, one action reaches every subscriber list and can be scheduled. Archived contacts are left out. A manual blast can go to bookmarked contacts, and past or scheduled manual sends stay under the composer.
The segment budget remains in the sidebar while you work. An uploaded sheet can be removed. A sheet either finishes or shows the error. It does not sit in between.
Measurement
Four rates, each with the count under it.
Across the top of a campaign: delivery, true response rate, clicks, and opt-outs. True response rate is responses minus stops, over delivered. Stops are their own number. Queued volume does not crowd the status chart.
The dashboard is the same idea for a day. Six figures, each against the previous period. Seniors can be kept out of it. The area-code view is a map of the states, not a table of codes.
Account
Workspaces, the people in them, and the file you take out.
The header switches workspace and user, and the account page shows who belongs where. Invite someone directly. A workspace, and its billing, can move between account holders with an approval. Opt-outs can be shared across every workspace in the account.
An export of conversations uses the flag names, a column for each, plus a column that lists all of them. Empty columns are dropped. You choose conversations or messages, and you can limit the file by campaign, flags, status, and users. A CRM field can match more than one incoming key, including the channel id, and flags on that profile are applied when the contact is submitted.
10DLC is part of this, not a form on another site. The registration checks the website you enter. Status email follows the campaign through approval.
